Privacy Policy & Data Protection Charter
How the CG‑Musa 4 PBAT collects, uses and protects your information, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
The CG‑Musa 4 PBAT ("we", "us") is a grassroots supporter initiative. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor, supporter and mobilizer who interacts with this platform.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Supporter ID cards generated on this site are created entirely in your browser. Your photo and name are never uploaded to or stored on our servers — the card exists only on your device unless you choose to save or share it.
We use minimal local browser storage to remember basic preferences, such as whether you've dismissed a banner. We do not use third‑party advertising or tracking cookies.
Registering as a mobilizer is voluntary. The name, phone number, state and LGA/ward you submit are used solely to coordinate grassroots mobilization activity and are shared with our team via WhatsApp, which you initiate directly.
We do not sell or rent volunteer data to third parties.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
